She combines extensive senior in-house legal leadership roles with advisory work for law firms, where she has supported SMEs, start-ups, and larger organisations on a variety of corporate and commercial matters. She has advised on governance frameworks, shareholder arrangements, asset sales, joint venture arrangements, and the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts.
