Taxation
You may be entitled to have our charges reviewed by the court (this is called taxation). The procedure is set out in sections 70, 71 and 72 of the Solicitors Act 1974. Please note that if we hold money for you we reserve the right to deduct our charges from that money in settlement of this account. Please also note that we reserve the right to charge interest on outstanding accounts in accordance with Article 5 of the Solicitors (Non-Contentious Business) Remuneration Order 2009. Diversity
Firms regulated by the SRA are required to collect, report and publish workforce diversity data annually. Firms must do so in a way that is compliant with the data protection legislation. While the completion of this form is mandatory, it should be noted that (a) forms are anonymous, and (b) there is a “prefer not to say” option in relation to each question.
