Experience

Scott is a disputes lawyer with over 18 years’ experience specialising in commercial litigation and property litigation. He has considerable experience in representing clients, both on the Claimant and Defendant side, from pre-action up until conclusion at trial. Scott is one of few lawyers that specialises in property litigation and has assisted many clients, both individuals and companies to successful outcomes in difficult and complex matters. Scott was previously a partner at commercial firms and headed up the Dispute Resolution department.
