Experience

Robyn is a Family Law Solicitor with a business and commercial background, and is a dedicated and experienced Family Solicitor.

She is highly regarded as a ‘Resolution’ trained Family Mediator, encouraging couples, where possible, to reach practical solutions by working together to resolve family issues involving finances and children. She is a director of the International Mediation and Arbitration Network Ltd, and a keen supporter of alternatives to litigation and encourages the use of family arbitration where appropriate.

As a Family Law Mediator and PPC, she is accredited through the Family Mediation Council (FMC) and specialises in finances on divorce.

She is a Freeman of the City of London, a Steward of the Worshipful Company of Woolmen Livery in the City and a past president of the New Zealand UK Society.

Robyn is a Senate Member of The Genesis Initiative, based in the House of Commons, formed to improve the quality of the debate on SMEs in the UK and Europe and create economic reform. She formerly served as Commercial Director for the Commonwealth CWEIC and holds various Charitable Trust positions.

Robyn was educated in Auckland New Zealand, Glasgow Scotland, Vienna Austria, London England, and Harvard USA. Robyn studied law in Scotland and spent time in Vienna before converting in 2007 to practice the law of England and Wales.
